  • 175 ml cooking oil
  • Chocolate pasta to taste, to taste
  • 100 g dark cooking chocolate, melted and mixed with cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make:


  1. Beat eggs, sugar, cocoa paste and emulsifier until fluffy flat and rigid.
  2. Put the mixture of flour and cocoa powder and stir gently until well blended.
  3. Pour the oil mixture and the chocolate has melted, then stir again until the dough evenly.
  4. Set aside a third of the dough and mixed with sweetened condensed milk and stir until evenly distributed. Set aside.
  5. Divide the dough into two parts. The first part steamed for 10 minutes then add the dough with sweet condensed milk and let stand about 10 minutes.
  6. Enter the rest of the dough without sweetened condensed milk, then continue to steam for approximately 20 minutes.
